Bruce is an experienced investor with over 30 years in traditional finance as a registered professional. Bruce is an active proponent of free markets, liberty, and the Austrian School of Economics.
Financial Background:
Bruce began his career with Morgan Stanley and specialized in emerging technologies and emerging markets. He has completed several significant transactions totaling over $5 billion and served as a consultant to large investment funds, ultra high net worth individuals and families.
In 1994, Bruce founded Atlantic Financial because he saw the path the internet was going and wanted the freedom to fully pursue that. Atlantic Financial became the first full-service investment firm on the internet.
Middle East & Saudi Arabia:
Bruce made his first trip to the GCC in 1996 and to the UAE in 2002 and Saudi Arabia in 2006. Bruce lived in Saudi Arabia with his family for several years and regularly travels to Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Bruce served as an advisor to one of the world’s largest charitable organizations for Gulf engagement in 2009-2013. He served as an advisor focused on Saudi Arabia to a top ten global private equity firm with over $180 Billion AUM which owns all or controlling stakes in businesses employing over 2 million people. He was an advisor to the Governor of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA, now known as MISA).
Bitcoin & Digital Assets:
Bruce Fenton became involved with Bitcoin in 2012 and has been involved full time in the Bitcoin industry since 2013.
Fenton is the Host and Founder of The Satoshi Roundtable, now in its 12th year. The Satoshi Roundtable is an exclusive, invitation-only retreat for leading CEOs, developers, founders and academics in the Bitcoin ecosystem.
In 2014 Fenton served as a Board Member and Executive Director of the Bitcoin Foundation, the first major industry nonprofit. He is also founder of the Bitcoin Association.
Bruce organized the first crypto event in UAE, the Dubai Bitcoin Conference in 2014 and was advisor to the technology office of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Ruler of Dubai in 2013-14.
Bruce is an active investor in the blockchain ecosystem including seed stage investments in Ethereum, Block.one, ShapeShift, AnchorWatch and various others. He has also served on several boards including Overstock, tZero and the Fox Foundation and as technology Advisor to the Premier of Bermuda.
US Politics:
Bruce has been active in US politics and liberty advocacy. In 2022 he was a candidate for United States Senate representing New Hampshire.
Fenton was the Campaign Co-Chairman for New Hampshire for Vivek Ramaswamy's 2024 Presidential Campaign and a delegate to President Trump’s Nashville Bitcoin leadership meeting.
Bruce is a father of four and married to Carolann Fenton. They live between New Hampshire and the GCC. The Fenton’s own a historic farm on the Seacoast New Hampshire.
